Professional staff can be can be arranged for your event. They will help set up and clean down the catering space, making sure your event runs smoothly and without fuss, leaving you to enjoy the company of your guests stress free. Wait staff have a minimum three hour hire at $65/hr per staff member for cocktails and buffet lunches and a four hour minimum hire for dinners.
A chef is required for hire for all formal dinners, buffet and cocktail functions, a minimum of three hours is required at a $80/hr.
For your guide:
-1 wait staff for 1-25 people for cocktails
-1 wait staff for 1-15 people for buffets
-1 wait staff for 1-12 people for dinners/formal lunches
Equipment hire is also available, fee applies; linen, glasses, cutlery, crockery, tables, ovens, etc.
