BIO

Nathan Lanham is a creative chef who has worked around the world, from Australia to England to South Africa.

 

Nathan completed his apprenticeship at Atlantic Restaurant in Manuka Canberra under the well known Chef James Mussion.

 

Nathan was a member of the team that successfully opened Canberra's finest Restaurant, Aubergine in Griffith.

 

He then travelled to England where Nathan earned a place in one of Marco Pierre White's team at the elegant Criterion Grill, working alongside one of Britain's finest pastry Chefs, Roger Pizey.

 

The travelling bug took a good grip on Nathan and he found himself working in Cape Town, South Africa learning some of the finest cultures of food, including the specialty of open fire cooking.

 

Back in Australia, Nathan walked into a job with the catering company, Kitchen Witchery. With his unique creative style Nathan contributed to the success of the company winning numerous prestigious awards including Caterer of the Year 2014.

 

To his credit Nathan also followed his passion for photography while chefing and completed his Bachelors in Photography in 2010. Nathan opened his photography business, nathan lanham photography in 2010.

 

Keeping true to his entrepreneurial bent and a love for creating quality cuisine, Nathan has proudly opened nathan lanham catering.  Specialising in modern Australian cuisine combined with his passion to deliver restaurant quality catering.
